  1. Thank you for the introduction to Lorna. Her photo gave me an instant good feeling. She looks like a friend I would like to have. Hubby and I watched the video.together...she had us at garden with cats on Vancouver Island!! ❤️😻
Crozier's poetry spoke volumes to us. Hubby is a recovering alcoholic and he usually shies away from the subject a bit. After her poem he admitted he doesn't spend enough consideration on what I went through, and still do, on the other side. Well, that was unexpected. Maybe Hubby and I need more poetry and more cats relaxing in amazing gardens...and a second trip to the BC/Vancouver vibe! It's been 15 years and I'm hankerin'!
Does Canada still let ugly Americans visit? 😁

    1. @ Cleora Borealis -- I'm glad that her poetry resonated with you and your husband! She is one of my favourite Canadian poets. I just got her memoir "Through the Garden: A Love Story (with Cats)" and will be reading it soon. And oh yes, Canada is still friendly and welcoming to American tourists! We know WHO the real problem is.

  2. My ancient computer won't play that clip. I'll have to look on my phone. I love discovering a new (to me) poet. Thank you!
